通过金相显微组织分析、直读光谱化学成分分析、氢含量分析及SEM微观形貌分析等手段,分析了电镀锌后链条脆性的原因。结果表明,氢脆是镀锌后链条脆性的主要原因,链条中的原始气孔促进了氢脆的发生和发展。
The reasons of the brittleness of the electrogalvanized steel were analyzed by means of metallographic microstructure analysis, chemical composition analysis of direct reading spectroscopy, hydrogen content analysis and SEM micro-morphology analysis. The results show that hydrogen embrittlement is the main reason for the brittleness of galvanized chains. The original stomata in the chains promote the occurrence and development of hydrogen embrittlement.
