进行了辊式二冷区电磁搅拌不同频率对板坯质量影响的研究,试验选择搅拌频率分别是5、6、7、8、9 Hz。试验结果表明:在板坯电磁搅拌过程中,其它工艺参数相同的情况下,当频率由5 Hz增加到8 Hz时,板坯中心等轴晶率随着频率增大而增大;当频率由8 Hz增加到9 Hz,板坯中心等轴晶率随着频率增大而减小;当频率为8 Hz时板坯等轴晶率达到最大值,板坯的中心疏松全部控制在0.5级,中心偏析评级全部控制在C1.5级以下,铸坯凝固组织的致密性和均匀性增强。板坯二冷区电磁搅拌中电磁力随频率的变化不是单调的,而是有个最大值,最佳频率的位置与板坯厚度、钢水电导率、液芯大小、搅拌器参数等有关。
The effects of different frequency of electromagnetic stirring on the quality of slab in the two cooling zone of roller were studied. The frequency of stirring was 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 Hz respectively. The experimental results show that the equiaxed grain size of the slab center increases with the increase of the frequency when the frequency increases from 5 Hz to 8 Hz under the same process parameters of the electromagnetic stirring slab. When the frequency is 8 Hz, the equiaxed grain ratio of the slab reaches the maximum, and the center of the slab is loosely controlled at 0.5 level. When the frequency is 8 Hz, Center segregation rating of all control in the C1.5 below the solidified slab compactness and uniformity enhanced. The electromagnetic force in the second cooling zone of the slab is not monotonous with the change of the frequency, but has a maximum value. The position of the best frequency is related to the thickness of the slab, the conductivity of the molten steel, the size of the wick and the parameters of the stirrer.
