本文报道用Meerwein芳基化反应由2-取代丙烯酸合成芳基丙酮酸的方法。 芳基重氮盐与2-乙酰氨基丙烯酸在丙酮-水溶液中、氯化铜存在下反应,迅速放出氮气,但从反应混合物中只分离到芳基丙酮酸1～9,产率中等。
This paper reports the synthesis of aryl pyruvate from 2-substituted acrylic acid using Meerwein arylation reaction. Aryldiazonium salts reacted with 2-acetylaminoacrylic acid in an acetone-water solution in the presence of cupric chloride to rapidly evacuate nitrogen, but only 1 to 9 of the arylpyruvate was isolated from the reaction mixture and the yield was moderate.
