观察18例肾移植术患者血小板数量(Plt)和最大聚集率(MAR)的变化。结果发现:术前至术后3天Plt低于正常,MAR也明显低于参照水平;术毕移植肾无尿者其Plt和MAR明显低于有尿者;在急性排斥反应时,治疗前与症状控制后相比Plt和MAR也明显降低。说明:血小板在肾移植术后早期出血并发症、供肾缺血─再灌注损伤以及急性排斥反应中起很重要的作用。
To observe the changes of platelet count (Plt) and maximal aggregation rate (MAR) in 18 renal transplant recipients. The results showed that: Plt between the preoperative and postoperative 3 days was lower than normal, MAR was significantly lower than the reference level; Plt and MAR were significantly lower than those with urine in patients with transplanted kidney anuria; acute rejection, Symptoms were also significantly reduced compared to Plt and MAR.
