借助统计分析、理化分析以及工艺仿真等综合分析手段 ,以正时齿轮室压铸件为例 ,对压铸缺陷以及工艺过程的可变性进行综合诊断 ,确定了缺陷的性态、产生规律及原因。并在此基础上 ,针对整个压铸生产过程提出了相应的改进措施和工艺优化方案 ,使压铸件质量得到明显改善。结果表明 ,上述综合分析手段 ,可以有效地为压铸件的缺陷分析和质量控制提供依据
With the help of statistical analysis, physical and chemical analysis, process simulation and other comprehensive analysis methods, taking the case of timing gear room castings as an example, the defect of die-casting and the variability of the process are diagnosed comprehensively, and the defects, the regularity and the causes are confirmed. On this basis, the corresponding improvement measures and process optimization schemes are put forward for the entire die-casting production process, so that the quality of the die-casting parts is obviously improved. The results show that the above comprehensive analysis means can effectively provide the basis for defect analysis and quality control of die-casting parts
