本文介绍了三种自锁螺钉的结构特点、制造工艺及其应用情况,以与同行交流。 1980年前后,美国、日本、德国的机械、电器、汽车等行业中广泛地采用了几种特殊形状的自锁螺钉。它的结构新颖,不仅有普通螺钉的连接作用,还具有自攻、自锁作用,且自锁力矩接近或大于自攻力矩,与GB845~847和GB5282~5285自攻螺钉的结构不同。下面介绍三种自锁螺钉的结构、特点及其应用实例。
This article describes the structural characteristics of three self-locking screws, manufacturing processes and their applications to communicate with their peers. Around 1980, the United States, Japan, Germany, machinery, electrical appliances, automotive and other industries widely used several special shape self-locking screws. Its novel structure, not only the role of ordinary screw connection, but also has self-tapping, self-locking role, and the self-locking torque close to or greater than the self-tapping torque, and GB845 ~ 847 and GB5282 ~ 5285 self-tapping screw structure is different. Here are three kinds of self-locking screw structure, characteristics and application examples.
