在口服法胆囊造影时,常常遇到有些患者因服高脂肪餐后腹泻,导致碘剂在小肠内吸收不良,影响胆囊显影,贻误诊断。对此类患者我们把熊学凡的针刺方法(广西中药1:20,1980)用来代替检查前一天午餐时的高脂肪餐食物及检查中的试脂餐,也取得了较满意的造影效果,现将资料完整的15例介绍如下。对象:选择有服高脂肪食物出现腹泻,口服法胆囊造影不显影者15例。方法:患者于检查前一天中午针刺足三
