目的探讨血液IL-8表达对哮喘儿童个体化治疗的参考价值。方法选择2015年4月-2016年4月住院的哮喘急性发作患儿,采用双色球随机分组法分为常规组和观察组,各60例,检测不同治疗时间、不同哮喘程度、疗效血液中IL-8水平。结果随着发作程度加重,血液中IL-8浓度显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血液中IL-8水平与发作程度呈正相关(r=0.80,P<0.01);2组治疗前、治疗后第1周、第2周、第4周及第8周IL-8浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组在第4周血液中IL-8浓度下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第8周后下降最明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与治疗时间呈正相关(r=0.64,P<0.01);随着疗效改善,血液中IL-8浓度显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且与疗效呈正相关(r=0.51,P<0.01)。结论血液中IL-8浓度能反映哮喘气道炎症及疗效,对哮喘个体化治疗有参考价值。
Objective To investigate the reference value of blood IL-8 expression in individualized asthma treatment. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, children with acute asthma admitted to hospital were divided into routine group and observation group by the method of two-color ball randomization, 60 cases in each group were treated with different treatment time, different degree of asthma, efficacy of blood IL- 8 levels. Results The level of IL-8 in blood was significantly increased with the severity of seizure (P <0.01). The level of IL-8 in blood was positively correlated with the degree of seizure (r = 0.80, P <0.01); 2 The levels of IL-8 in the first week, the second week, the fourth week and the eighth week after treatment were significantly different (P <0.01). The concentration of IL-8 in the observation group decreased significantly at the 4th week (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) after 8 weeks; it was positively correlated with the treatment time (r = 0.64, P <0.01) , The blood IL-8 concentration decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), and with a positive correlation (r = 0.51, P <0.01). Conclusion The concentration of IL-8 in the blood can reflect the airway inflammation and efficacy of asthma, and has reference value for the individualized treatment of asthma.
