目的研究分离性垂直斜视的手术治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我科2000年到2003年间行上直肌后徙术联合下斜肌后徙转位术的25例40眼分离性垂直斜视病人的术后治疗效果。结果近期治疗效果满意率为83．33%,远期治疗效果满意率为80．56%。结论下直肌后徙联合下斜肌后徙转位术是治疗分离性垂直斜视的一种有效方法。
Objective To study the surgical treatment of detached vertical strabismus. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the postoperative effects of 25 cases of 40 patients with vertical strabismus who underwent retrograde rectus femoris operation combined with posterior oblique recuperation in our department from 2000 to 2003. Results The satisfaction rate of the recent treatment was 83.33%, and the satisfaction rate of long-term treatment was 80.56%. Conclusion Retrograde posterior reticulum combined with retrograde oblique posterior translation migration is an effective method for the treatment of isolated vertical strabismus.
