北京市第五社会福利院(以下简称“五福”)作为一家由北京市政府主办的公寓式养老机构,从2005年开始建立IS09000质量管理体系,到2008年建立并实施企业标准体系,于2013年10月圆满完成了国家级服务业标准化试点建设任务,极大地提升了标准化工作水平,促进了五福公寓式养老服务的规范化、品牌化建设工作。明确组织分工标准化工作是一项全员参与的系统工程,为明确责任,提高效率,五福首先成立了标准化工作机构,包括标准化工作领导小组和标准化工作小组。其中,标准化工作领导小组由院领导班子成员组成,标准化工作小组由各科室负责人和业务骨干组成,设立标准化工作办公室,配备标准化工作专职人员。精心制定了工作规划
