根据桥式起重机有限元模型前处理过程中存在的问题, 针对桥式起重机的结构特点, 采用梁、壳和实体单元混合建模, 在ANSYS中对混合单元模型进行静力学分析与模态分析, 通过将求解结果与实体单元模型的结果相比较, 得出混合单元建模不仅加快求解效率而且提高求解精度.为该类结构的有限元分析计算提供参考.“,”According to the problems existing in the pre-processing of the bridge crane′s finite element model, based on the structural characteristics of the bridge crane, a hybrid model of beam, shell and solid element is used to perform static analysis and modal analysis of the hybrid element model in ANSYS. By comparing the result of the solution with the result of the solid element model, it is concluded that the hybrid element modeling not only speeds up the solution efficiency but also improves the accuracy of the solution.
