面对近年来日趋严重的城镇过境路养管难题,陕西省安康市公路管理局和各县区公路段进行了积极的探索,特别是过境路比重最高、管理难度最大的汉滨公路段,从转变观念入手、建路地共管机制、抓养管责任落实,通过持续的努力,过境路初步实现了向“畅洁绿美”的转变。
Faced with the increasingly serious problem of urban transit corridors in recent years, the Highway Administration of Ankang City, Shaanxi Province, and the highway sections of counties and districts have made active explorations, especially the Hanbin Highway section, which has the highest proportion of cross-border roads and the most difficult management. In order to change the concept, we should establish a mechanism for joint management of land and resources and take care of the implementation of the responsibility of raising caretakers. Through continuous efforts, the transitional road has initially achieved a change to a “clean and green” environment.
