体育活动是大学生丰富在校生活,娱乐身心的主要途径。但是,体育活动中的损伤是大学生经常碰到的问题,学生在运动中受了伤,不仅损害学生身体健康,降低体育活动的积极性,而且影响在校大学生正常的生活、学习。因此,为了维护学生身体健康,保证体育活动在高校顺利开展,本文利用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对洛阳市在校大学生在体育活动中出现的运动损伤进行系统的分析。
Physical activity is the main way for college students to enrich their lives in school and to enjoy their body and mind. However, the injury in sports activities is a common problem for college students. Students are injured in sports. They not only impair the health of students, reduce the enthusiasm of sports activities, but also affect the normal life and study of college students. Therefore, in order to safeguard the health of students and ensure the smooth progress of sports activities in colleges and universities, this paper systematically studies the sports injuries occurred in physical activities of college students in Luoyang by using the methods of literature review, expert interviews, mathematical statistics and logical analysis analysis.
