磁流变阻尼器的阻尼可控特性能够实现发动机在宽频范围内的主动隔振。依据理论分析和经验,建立了发动机-车架磁流变主动隔振系统模型,拟定了模糊控制规则,设计了输入发动机转速和转速加速度、输出可控阻尼的模糊控制器,并基于MATLAB进行了仿真试验。试验结果表明,与橡胶悬置相比,模糊控制的磁流变阻尼器拥有较好的隔振效果,较大程度降低了发动机传递到车架的振动。
The damping controllable characteristics of MR damper make it possible to achieve active vibration isolation in a wide frequency range. Based on the theoretical analysis and experience, the model of engine-frame MRF was established and the fuzzy control rules were formulated. The fuzzy controller with input of engine speed, acceleration and output damping was designed and implemented based on MATLAB Simulation test. The experimental results show that compared with the rubber suspension, the fuzzy controlled magnetorheological damper has a good vibration isolation effect and greatly reduces the vibration transmitted from the engine to the frame.
