由连接蛋白构成的缝隙连接是细胞间直接进行连接通讯的分子基础。连接蛋白是有十余个成员组成的较保守的大家族,具有共同的基因结构及4跨膜的分子结构,分子间的不同组合影响着缝隙连接的通透性及电传导性。本文还综述了细胞间连接通讯受低pH值、电压、膜流动性和磷酸化的调控的可能机制。
The gap junctions made by connexins are the molecular basis for direct cell-to-cell communication. Connexin is a more conserved family of more than ten members with a common genetic structure and a four-transmembrane molecular structure. The different combinations of molecules affect the permeability and electrical conductivity of gap junctions. This article also reviews the possible mechanisms by which the cell-cell junctions are regulated by low pH, voltage, membrane fluidity and phosphorylation.
