与其它形式的机械软启动装置相比,行星机构软启动装置以其结构紧凑、可以和减速机做成一体,控制性能较好而得到广泛应用。通过分析行星机构的调速原理,介绍了CST、MST、盘式制动行星软启动和变频辅助行星软启动的结构、特点以及工作过程,并得出上述装置的共性:均通过调节内齿圈的转速来实现负载的软启动。为研制新型的软启动装置提供了思路与方法。
Compared with other forms of mechanical soft-start device, the planetary mechanism soft-start device with its compact structure, can be made with the reducer, control performance is better and widely used. The structure, characteristics and work process of CST, MST, disc brake planetary soft start and frequency conversion auxiliary planetary soft start are introduced by analyzing the speed regulation principle of planetary mechanism. The common features of the above devices are obtained: The speed of the load to achieve soft-start. It provides the ideas and methods for developing a new type of soft start device.
