测定72例健康老年人(60~84岁)和65例健康青中年人(20~50岁)血清和尿β_2微球蛋白(β_2m),发现前者血清β_2m 浓度比后者明显增高(p<0.001);老年组≥70岁者尿液β_2m浓度也明显增高(p<0.05)。结果表明肾小球滤过率下降随年龄增长而降低,以后再出现肾小管功能减退。本试验较血清尿素氮、肌酐和内生肌酐清除率测定更为敏感。
The serum and urine β_2 microglobulin (β_2m) in 72 healthy elderly (60-84 years old) and 65 healthy young middle-aged (20-50 years old) patients were measured. The serum β_2m concentration of the former was significantly higher than the latter (p < 0.001). The urinary β_2m concentration in elderly patients ≥70 years old was also significantly higher (p <0.05). The results showed that glomerular filtration rate decreased with age decreased, and later renal tubular dysfunction. This test serum urea nitrogen, creatinine and endogenous creatinine clearance rate more sensitive.
