简述了自60年代以来,土工布作为一种新型材料用于防护工程的概况,提出了用土工布辅以旋喷注浆(即CCP工法)技术作好防护工程的技术方案。叙述了土工布防护工程基础的整体设计及其力学分析;说明了土工布沉铺机的基本结构及工作原理。认为使用土工布沉铺机辅以旋喷注浆工艺,可在不开挖土基的情况下,将土工布这种柔性材料铺于土基中,形成防冲护基的工程帷幕。经实际测算,是一种技术可行、造价低廉的施工工艺和专用设备。
The general situation of geotextile as a new type of material used for protection engineering since 1960s is briefly described. The technical scheme of using geotextile with rotary grouting (CCP method) technology to make protective engineering is presented. Describes the overall design and mechanics analysis of geotextile protective engineering foundation, and explains the basic structure and working principle of geotextile. That the use of geotextile paving machine combined with rotary jet grouting technology, without excavation of the foundation, the geotextile flexible materials such as shop in the foundation, the formation of anti-shock base engineering curtain. After the actual calculation, is a technology feasible, low cost construction technology and special equipment.
