探究某制鞋企业溶剂汽油作业人员血常规指标下降的原因;采用仪器法对工人血常规进行检测,用气相色谱对作业场所空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯进行检测。结果显示,68名工人中有7人存在血常规指标下降的情况,复查结果也一致;作业现场空气中苯、甲苯浓度均超标。提示,工人有可能接触了超限的苯、甲苯。而该次职业健康检查漏掉了苯、甲苯、二甲苯项目的检测,建议今后在对接触溶剂汽油危害因素的职业工人进行健康检查时,应同时要求其进行苯项目的检测。
To explore the causes of declining blood indexes of solvent-gasoline workers in a shoe-making enterprise; to test the blood routine of workers by instrumental method; to check the benzene, toluene and xylene in the air of workplace by gas chromatography. The results showed that there were 7 out of 68 workers, the blood routine index decreased, and the review results were also consistent. The concentration of benzene and toluene in the air at the job site exceeded the standard. Tip, workers may have exposed the benzene, toluene. However, the occupational health examination has omitted the test items of benzene, toluene and xylene. It is suggested that workers in the future who are exposed to the hazards of solvent gasoline should also be required to carry out the benzene test when they carry out the health examination.
