司法行政工作的基础在基层,重点在基层。我局本着多做基础性、预防性、服务性工作的指导思想,下大力抓好基层基础工作。截止目前,全市118个乡、镇(办事处)全部建立了司法所,配备正式国家干部374名,其中具有大中专学历的占88.3%,平均年龄36岁,司法所长落实了副科级待遇。80%的司法所达到了省厅规定的规范化标准。13个所和15名基层司法助理员被评为人民满意的先进单位或个人。我局连续6年被省司法厅评为防止纠纷激化“长安杯”先进市组织奖。
The foundation of judicial administration is at the grassroots level, with a focus on the grassroots level. With the guiding principle of doing more basic work, preventive work and service work, our bureau vigorously grasps grass-roots work. Up till now, all 118 townships and towns (offices) in the city have set up judicial institutes with 374 official state cadres, including 88.3% of whom have college degrees and secondary education, with an average age of 36 years. The director of justice has implemented the assistant section level treatment . 80% of the judiciary has reached the normative standard stipulated by the ministries and agencies. 13 institutes and 15 grassroots judicial assistants were rated as advanced units or individuals who are satisfied with the people. For six consecutive years, our bureau was appraised by the Provincial Department of Justice as “Chang’an Cup” and “Advanced City Organization Award” to prevent disputes from intensifying.
