随着我国城市化建设进程的加快,我国城市经济有了极大的提高,我国市场经济体系也逐渐成熟和完善,在这种经济市场环境下,我国建筑经济市场的竞争也越来越激烈。目前,在我国建筑施工过程中,由于施工工程本身具有的工期长、施工内容涉及面广以及施工工程计价比较复杂等特征,使得我国建筑施工过程中很容易发生工程变更,进而造成索赔现象。文章简要介绍了工程索赔的内容和范围,探讨了工程变更的索赔原则和依据,研究了工程变更索赔单价的处理方法和措施。
