从一定意义上讲,提高监督工作的有效性,也可以理解为提高监督工作的效益。效益如果用数学公式表示,就等于监督工作的收益与监督工作投入的比率,比率越高,则效益就越高。这样就不难看出,要使监督工作的有效性得到提高,就必须尽可能减少监督工作的投入,最大限度地提高监督工作的收益。同时必须调整监督检查的对象,转移监督的区域,多在流通领域来检查生产企业的产品质量,以求更能反应出产品质量的真实情况。
