处于城市化进程不同阶段的上海各区域和地带的城镇居民收入水平和收入结构存在诸多明显的差异。造成这种居民收入空间格局的原因,主要来自城市化过程中人口布局、产业布局的变化带来的人口结构、就业结构和经济发展水平的非均衡变动。为此,建议合理规划产业布局与人口布局,保证城市化进程的有序进行;大力发展现代服务业,保持中心城区的居民收入增长活力等。
There are many obvious differences in the income level and income structure of urban residents in various regions and zones in Shanghai during different stages of urbanization. The reasons for this pattern of resident income space mainly come from the unbalanced changes in population structure, employment structure and level of economic development brought by population distribution and industrial layout in the process of urbanization. Therefore, it is suggested that the layout of industries and population should be rationally planned to ensure the orderly progress of urbanization. Vigorously develop the modern service industry and maintain the residents’ income growth vitality in the downtown area.
