连杆是我厂产品上的主要零件之一,技术要求相当严格;上下孔精度都是一级公差;两孔中心线要求在同一平面内,允许误差在100公厘长度士不超过0.06公厘;两孔中心线还应平行,允许误差在100公厘长度上不超过0.04公厘。零件质量要求高,任务紧,而同志们又用老办法进行校验;因此连杆校验这道工序就成为我们的关键了。钳工许阿芳同志细心研究这个问题,在其他同志的帮助下,终于改进了一套校验连杆用的工具,从而提高了校验的效率。原来采用的工具如图1所示,用于分表在心轴两端A、B处测量连杆两孔中心线是不是平行(读数公差是否大于允许公差)。如果不平行,那就把上下心轴和连杆盖取下,把连杆放在平板上,
