满族入关后,1644年。爱新党罗氏第一代皇帝福临建元顺治,设工、户两部,在盛京铸制顺治通宝,仅是小平钱可分五大类。第一类为光背,间有背缀星、日和穿右一、二字者。星、日象征天象,而一、二字者则指每钱一文作银一、二厘。右一者为后来一厘钱之滥觞。又宝字有从尔、从缶之分,而从缶者少见。 第二类顺治通宝,背为单汉字以标局名,由于这第二类与第一类是顺治初期铸制,为时不过七年(1647—1652)改铸背一厘钱。时间短暂,流通有限,收集不大容易。要弄清到底有多少局,颇费一番周折。由于各人所涉猎的钱币世界不同,他们编篆的工具书新列的品数多寡不一,现将各种涉及顺治二类钱币正式出版的钱币工具书,按出版先后摘引如下,以中可以看出品数、局名异同。
