利用高铬药芯焊丝对35钢进行堆焊,堆焊后对各试样分别采取直接空冷和焊后400℃×(1、2、4)h回火处理,通过金相显微镜观察、断口扫描以及磨损试验对焊后不同处理条件下的熔覆层组织、断口形貌以及耐磨性能进行对比分析。结果表明:焊后不同处理条件下的熔覆层组织、断口形貌以及耐磨性能具有较大的差异。焊后空冷条件下熔覆层主要为粗大的片状马氏体,冲击韧性及耐磨性较差;焊后随回火时间的延长,粗大的片状马氏体逐渐减少,细小的板条回火马氏体逐渐增多,同时韧性及耐磨性提高;当焊后回火条件为400℃×4 h时,熔覆层全部转变为细小的板条回火马氏体,韧性较好,耐磨性较高。
High-chromium flux cored wire was used to build 35 steel. After welding, the specimens were directly air-cooled and tempered at 400 ℃ × (1, 2, 4) h after welding respectively.
