去年召开的全国党代表会议和中央书记处关于电影电视工作的重要指示,不仅为影片创作生产,同时也为电影发行放映工作指明了方向,这就是,必须把社会效益作为最高准则,在此前提下,努力抓好各项业务的经营管理工作,从而更好地为四化建设和社会主义精神文明建设服务。我们认为,方针确定之后,应结合当前电影发行放映工作存在着的带普遍性的问题,进一步端正业务指导思想,明确任务,稳定队伍,积极开展各项业务工作。
