中国工程建设标准化协会第四届学术委员会成立会议,于1998年10月19～21日在北京召开。会议由中国工程建设标准化协会秘书长马进忠同志主持,中国工程建设标准化协会副理事长张蕴华、邵卓民,建设部标准定额研究所副所长邵华乔,建设部标准定额司标准规范处处长周锡全等领导同志到会并讲了话。会前协商确定的第四届学术委员会委员参加了会议。会议期间,马进忠同志介绍了第四届学术委员
China Construction Standardization Association fourth session of the Academic Committee was established in 1998, October 19 to 21 held in Beijing. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Ma Jinzhong, Secretary-General of China Construction Industry Standardization Association. Zhang Yunhua, Shao Zhuomin, vice-chairmen of China Construction Standardization Association, Shao Huaqiao, deputy director of the Institute for Standardization of the Ministry of Construction, Zhou XQuan, director of Standards and Standards Department of the Ministry of Construction, Arrived and spoke.
