用原子力显微镜在大气环境中对Fe-Ni-C合金中的马氏体浮突进行了观察和定量测量。结果表明,原子力显微镜既可清楚地观察浮突形貌,又可定量测量其高度和形状变化,从而提出了一种研究相变浮突的新方法。
Martensite bump in Fe-Ni-C alloy was observed and quantitatively measured by atomic force microscopy in the atmosphere. The results show that atomic force microscopy can not only clearly observe the morphology of the bump, but also quantitatively measure the height and shape changes. A new method for studying the phase transition buoyancy is proposed.
