中国经济圈的设想引起了海内外学者们的关注。本人认为,亚太地区以垂直分工为基础的地区性经济圈不会建立。以水平分工为基础的经济圈短期内也不可能建立。但形成以水平分工为基础的国际经济关系是国际经济发展的必然趋势,而垂直分工又是历史遗留的现实。趋势与现实的矛盾必然促使亚太地区各国或地区不断地调整各自的产业和贸易结构,从而使该地区的经济关系趋于水平分工为基础,至此,经济圈才有可能形成。
The vision of China’s economic circle has drawn the attention of scholars both at home and abroad. In my opinion, the regional economic circle based on the vertical division of labor in the Asia-Pacific region will not be established. The economic division based on the horizontal division of labor can not be established in a short period of time. However, the formation of international economic relations based on horizontal division of labor is an inevitable trend of international economic development. However, the vertical division of labor is the reality left behind by history. The contradiction between the trend and the reality will inevitably prompt the countries and regions in the Asia-Pacific region to constantly adjust their respective industries and trade structures so that the economic relations in the region will tend to be based on a horizontal division of labor. Only by so doing can the economic circle be formed.
