The data of 2014 national private enterprise development tell us that the main position for enterprises to build harmonious labor relations in private enterprises can enhance the consciousness, enthusiasm and accuracy of private entrepreneurs in building harmonious labor relations, which is the relationship between “the State Council of the CPC Central Committee Opinions on Building Harmonious Labor Relations ”can take effect at the central link.
