确定采访原北京第二汽车制造厂总工袁家桢老人前,我一直在思考这样一个问题:作为一本定位于汽车意见领袖的商业杂志,对同一个人做两期口述历史会不会影响杂志品质?我们的高端读者会不会因此对这个栏目留下不好印象?要知道,从创刊起,我们全体同仁一直在小心翼翼地“经营”着这个栏目,尽管它与真正的经营无关。直到我一口气把袁老发给我的基本素材读完,我的疑虑才完全消除。外界对中国汽车业的一个根深蒂固的印象,是从1954年长春一汽引进苏联的图纸和装备开始的。但有多少人能清楚地回答中国人独立设计国产汽车的最早年月?又有多少人深刻了解和反思过清华大学和汽车修理厂联手试制微型汽车的这段历史?与当时的政治背景高度吻合,他们给这种微型车取了一个很好听的名字:小“卫星”。在大跃进特殊年代,它只有短短4年的生命力,就像流星划过天际,转瞬即逝,但它对中国汽车工业,尤其是北京汽车工业的发展却功不可没。2008年10月9日,距离周恩来总理驾驶第一辆微型汽车已过去了整整50年。在这样一个特殊时刻,在袁老那间视野开阔的书房里,看他一一翻开那些埋藏了近50年的珍贵照片,听他打开尘封的记忆,为我们娓娓道来,这不能不说是《汽车商业评论》的一大幸事。

It is highly consistent with the current political background , They gave the mini car a nice name: little “satellite”. In the special era of the Great Leap Forward, it only had a vitality of only 4 years. Just as a meteor crossed the sky and fleeting, it contributed to the development of China’s automobile industry, especially the automobile industry in Beijing. On October 9, 2008, it was 50 years since Premier Chou En-lai drove the first mini-car.
