pH值指示剂吸收度比值法测定盐酸麻黄碱含量

本文用茜素黄R为指示剂,380um和490um为测定波长,采用pH指示剂吸收度比值法测定了盐酸麻黄碱(以下简称EH)及其注射液含量,经回收率试验并与中国药典法对照,结果较满意。

In this paper, Alizarin yellow R as indicator, 380um and 490um for the determination of wavelength, the use of pH indicator absorbance ratio method determination of ephedrine hydrochloride (hereinafter referred to as EH) and its injection, the recovery rate test and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Control, the result is more satisfactory.
