作者对采于结果实季节的中亚细亚种植的苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides)~*地上部分,作了生物碱分离和鉴定。生药碎草用10%氨液搅拌,以二氯乙烷提取;二氯乙烷提取物用10%硫酸溶解后再以氨水碱化,氯仿提取,浓缩得总生物碱(得率2.5%)。经氧化铝薄层层析检得十四个左右生物碱〔氧化铝活性Ⅳ级;溶剂为石油醚-乙醚(1∶1)-5%甲醇〕。总碱溶于5%硫酸,用NaHCO3碱化,分得pH6.0的弱碱和pH8.0的强碱二个部分。弱碱部分依次用低沸石油醚,丙酮,苯热处理,得A、B、C和苯不溶四个部位。从A部位分得槐定(Sophoridine)(Ⅰ),熔点208~210℃。从B部位分得新生物碱
The authors isolated and identified alkaloids from the Sophora alopecuroides cultivated in Central Asia during the fruit season. Raw herbs broken grass with 10% ammonia solution, extracted with dichloroethane; dichloroethane extract with 10% sulfuric acid and then alkalinized with ammonia, chloroform extraction, concentration of total alkaloids (yield 2.5%). Fourteen alkaloids [alumina activity grade IV; solvent: petroleum ether-diethyl ether (1: 1) -5% methanol] were obtained by thin layer chromatography on alumina. The total alkali is dissolved in 5% sulfuric acid, basified with NaHCO3, divided into weak base pH6.0 and strong base pH8.0 two parts. Weak base followed by low-boiling oil ether, acetone, benzene heat treatment, A, B, C and benzene insoluble four parts. Sophoridine (Ⅰ) was obtained from part A and its melting point was 208-210 ℃.
