黔南州在推进西部大开发中,积极探索新时期干部教育培训模式,进一步拓宽干部教育培训渠道,已申报的3期“科技经济发展人才综合开发培训”被列为国家科技部2004年《西部地、县科技经济发展人才综合开发示范项目》,第一期培训班于2004年7月5日至17日在上海科技管理干部学院圆满结束。
In promoting large-scale development of the western region, Qiannan Prefecture actively explored cadre education and training modes in the new era and further broadened the channels for training and education for cadres. The three “Comprehensive Development Training for Scientific and Technological Economic Development Talents” declared by the State Science and Technology Ministry were listed as “Western Prefectural science and technology economic development personnel comprehensive development demonstration project ”, the first phase of the training course in July 5, 2004 to 17 in Shanghai Science and Technology Management Institute successfully concluded.
