全國各城市人民鎮壓反革命的運動,正在逐步展開,有些城市業已獲得初步成果;但仍有若干城市的某些領導幹部,對反革命分子危害国家與人民的严重性認識不足,對鎮壓反革命的極端重要性認識不足。在這些一城市裹,各界人民已經提出不少意見,有的指名質问為什么不逮捕、不處死罪大恶極的某某特務、或某某大反革命頭子。人民的意見是正確的,有着充分根據的。因此,人民政府应該予以採納,切實執行,认真加强城市的鎮壓反革命工作。
Some cities and some leading cadres in some cities still do not have enough understanding of the seriousness of the anti-revolutionary elements to harm the country and the people and are extremely important in suppressing the counter-revolution.
