通过对三角帆蚌外套膜外表皮进行组织培养和细胞培养的比较研究 ,表明组织培养比细胞培养更易获得大量游离细胞。并且通过原子吸收光谱分析 ,证明体外培养的三角帆蚌组织和细胞皆能正常分泌珍珠质 ,且两者的分泌能力大体相同
A comparative study on tissue culture and cell culture of the outer shell of the mites of Hyriopsis cumingii shows that a large number of free cells are more easily obtained in tissue culture than cell culture. And by atomic absorption spectroscopy analysis, prove that the cultured Hyriopsis cumingii tissues and cells are normal secretion of nodules, and the secretion of both the same
