张丽萍,大连市中山区桃源街道长利社区党总支书记,市党代会代表、市人大代表。2012年获辽宁省优秀共产党员称号,先后被评为辽宁省雷锋号先进个人、精神文明先进工作者、巾帼建业标兵,大连市劳动模范、三八红旗手等。所在社区先后荣获全国敬老模范示范社区,辽宁省精神文明先进单位、省文明社区、省党建工作示范点,大连市文明社区标兵、学习型示范社区、社区建设先进单位等。2013年8月,中共大连市委作出向张丽萍同志学习的决定。

In August 2013, the CPC Dalian Municipal Party Committee decided to study with Comrade Zhang Liping.
