次贷危机已经发展成为全球性的金融危机,受此影响世界经济增长放缓,中国企业的生存与发展受到严重影响。而这一金融危机已经给企业的人力资源管理者提出了严重挑战,更大的挑战还在于人们对危机时代的人力资源管理没有清楚的认识。本文简要分析了金融危机给企业人力资源管理所造成的影响,并根据企业的特点提出了解决这些问题的相应策略。本文的研究结论对于金融危机下,企业人力资源管理者的策略调整和应对措施有借鉴意义。
The subprime mortgage crisis has developed into a global financial crisis, which will affect the world economic slowdown and seriously affect the survival and development of Chinese enterprises. However, this financial crisis has posed a serious challenge to human resource managers in enterprises. The bigger challenge lies in the fact that people do not have a clear understanding of human resource management in times of crisis. This article briefly analyzes the impact of the financial crisis on the human resources management of enterprises and puts forward corresponding strategies to solve these problems according to the characteristics of the enterprises. The conclusion of this paper is of reference significance to the strategy adjustment and countermeasures of human resource managers in the financial crisis.
