本试验初步探讨了苹果梨易得密病的环境因素和发生密病的机制。同时也确定了可以初期诊断密病发生的时期,并且指出了控制密病发生的一些方法。也叙述了试验的不同处理与发生密病的关系,密病严重度程的区分、空气成分含量与褐变关系。本文又揭示了苹果梨是不属于呼吸高峰型果实即密病的发生并不是因为碳酸气影响苹果梨吸氧而导致环境缺氧所引起的,并指出苹果梨贮藏的关键因素之一为温度。
The experiment initially explored the environmental factors and the mechanism of dense disease in apple pear easy deuterium disease. At the same time, it identifies the period from which the disease can be diagnosed initially, and points out some ways to control the occurrence of the disease. Also described the relationship between the different treatments and the occurrence of close disease, the distinction between the severity of dense disease, air content and browning relationship. This article also reveals that apple pear is not a respiratory peak fruit that is closely related to the occurrence of dense disease not because of carbon dioxide affect the apple pear oxygen caused by environmental hypoxia caused and pointed out that the apple pear storage temperature is one of the key factors.
