特比萘芬是一种丙烯胺类抗真菌药，对皮肤癣菌、一些酵母菌和霉菌具有杀菌作用。新剂型１％特比萘芬溶液每天外用２次，疗程１周治疗趾间型足癣与１％克霉唑溶液每天外用２次，疗程４周进行比较。４７３例患者被评估，其中特比萘芬组２３８例，克霉唑组２３５例。研究为单中心、随机双盲、平行分组，患者随机接受１％特比萘芬溶液，每天２次，疗程１周，然后用３周安慰剂；或接受１％克霉唑溶液，每天２次，疗程４周；两组在治疗结束后均再随访４周。临床疗效评估根据临床症状和体征、真菌镜检和／或培养结果进行综合评价。结果表明：第４周时，特比萘芬组治疗趾间型足癣临床有效率９１．２％（克霉唑组９２．８％，Ｐ＞０．０５）；第８周时，特比萘芬组９２．４％（克霉唑组９６．２％，Ｐ＞０．０５）。第４周时，特比萘芬组真菌学治愈率９４．５％（克霉唑组９３．２％，Ｐ＞０．０５），第８周时，特比萘芬组９７．１％（克霉唑组９７．０％，Ｐ＞０．０５）。两组治疗耐受性均好，特比萘芬组的药物不良反应发生率２．１％（克霉唑组０．８％，Ｐ＞０．０５）。由此可见１％特比萘芬溶液采用１周疗法治疗趾间型足癣的临床和真菌学疗效与１％克霉唑溶液４周疗法相似，但其疗程仅为后者的四分之一
Terbinafine is an acrylamide antifungal agent that has bactericidal activity against dermatophytes, some yeasts and molds. The treatment tolerance was good in both groups, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in terbinafine group was 2.1% (0.8% in clotrimazole group, P> 0.05). This shows that 1% terbinafine solution with a week of treatment of toe-type athlete’s foot clinical and fungal efficacy and 1% clotrimazole solution 4 weeks treatment is similar, but the treatment is only a quarter of the latter
