全国不少报刊擅自转载本刊文章,事先不打招呼,事后不说明,严重地损害本刊和作者的权益。最近,贵州二位“文化人”竟剽窃本刊记者刘渊源来写的发表在本刊今年第5期的《羊城打工记者》一文,散发全国报刊,至发稿时止已发现两家颇有影响的刊物刊发了他们的剽窃之作。由此可看出,个别“文化人”无视著作权法,不择手段地赚取稿费,已经到了何等猖獗的地步。在此,我们大声说:住手,“文化人” 我们保留追究法律责任的权利。
