生产环境空气中粉尘浓度是尘肺发病最重要的因素,而直接作用于肺脏导致尘肺发生的,则应当考虑到有可能进入深部呼吸道的那一部分粉尘。为了探讨这方面的问题,即环境空气中粉尘浓度或吸入的粉尘乃至存留于肺组织的粉尘量与尘肺发病关系的研究,国内外已有一些报导。本文目的在于通过耐火砖生产工人尘肺发病的分析,进一步认识粉尘量与尘肺的关系,以期为有效地评价防尘措施和防止粉尘危害提供科学数据。
Dust concentration in the air in the production environment is the most important factor in the pathogenesis of pneumoconiosis, and the direct effect on the lungs leading to pneumoconiosis should take into account that part of the dust that may enter the deep respiratory tract. In order to explore this issue, that is, the concentration of dust in ambient air or inhaled dust and even the amount of dust remaining in the lung tissue and the incidence of pneumoconiosis research has been reported at home and abroad. The purpose of this paper is to further understand the relationship between the amount of dust and pneumoconiosis by analyzing the incidence of pneumoconiosis in refractory brick production workers so as to provide scientific data for effectively evaluating dust prevention measures and preventing dust hazards.
