2001年7月国家教育部颁布的《全日制义务教育美术课程标准(实验稿)》(以下简称《标准》)已在全国广泛推行。教师作为标准的施行者,付诸于《标准》太多的思考,如何领会《标准》精神,转变教育理念,优化教学方法和手段,实现美术课程改革呢?而我经过半年的实践、探索认为:实现美术课程改革应从三个基本点出发:即基础美术教学应与生共舞,与美交融,与时俱进。 一、确立教学主体观——与生共舞 《标准》指出:实施义务教育阶段的美术教育,必须坚信每个学生都具有学习美术的能力,都能在他们不同的潜质上获得不同程度的发展,美术课程应适
