一.概述钢管混凝土,是近几年开发出来的新结构。与同管径、同壁厚的钢结构相比,钢管混凝土强度高,刚度大(达相同钢结构钢度的两倍),并可节约大量钢材(其壁厚比相同承载力的钢管结构可减少1/4~1/3)。钢管混凝土结构,尤其适用于变电站等方面的架构工程,在我国目前最大的变电站一上海南桥交流变电和直流换流站中首先得到了应用。该站的220kV及500kV交流架构均为“倒V”型和“A”型钢管混凝土结构(见示意图),分别以φ300×4和φ400×4钢管镀锌制作,8m一节,中用法兰连接,最大高度达28.5m,混凝土采用C30级。
