目的探讨脐带囊肿的超声声像图特点及诊断价值。方法对产前超声检查发现的28胎脐带囊肿及合并的畸形进行分析。结果单纯脐带囊肿9胎(其中脐尿管囊肿1胎),脐带囊肿合并多发畸形19胎(19/28,67.86%),以合并心血管畸形、神经系统畸形及脐膨出多见。结论脐带囊肿常合并单发或多发畸形,单纯性脐带囊肿预后较好。产前超声筛查可提供重要的诊断信息。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and diagnostic value of umbilical cyst by ultrasonography. Methods 28 fetal umbilical cord cysts and their associated deformities were detected by prenatal ultrasound examination. Results Nine cases of umbilical cord cyst (including one case of urachus cyst), 19 cases (19/28, 67.86%) of umbilical cyst with multiple deformities were found. Cardiovascular malformations, nervous system deformities and umbilical swelling were more common. Conclusions Umbilical cord cyst often complicated by single or multiple deformities, simple umbilical cord cyst better prognosis. Prenatal ultrasound screening can provide important diagnostic information.
