一、引言低能电子与固体表面之间的相互作用一直是表面科学中深受关注的基本课题,利用这些相互作用已发展了低能电子衍射、能量损失谱、反光电子谱及总电流谱等研究表面的实验方法。Komolov在Hass观察到低能电子反射的基础上于1979年提出了总电流谱TCS(Total Current Spectroscopy)及其理论模型,从而把它和固体的能带结构联系起来。近几年来TCS已成功地用于研究半导体、层状材料、绝缘体和外延薄膜等几十种材料,已逐步由一种辅助方法发展成研究表面电子态的新方法。1982年Jaklevic
