中槐茶是以豆科植物槐(Sophora japonicaL)的果实一“槐实”为主要原料加工制成的袋泡茶。为了解中槐茶对机体有无潜在毒性和保障饮用者的安全,根据《食品安全性毒理学评价程序》,我们进行了5项毒性试验.受试物由衡水市还童茶饮料厂提供,现将结果报告如下:
Zhonghuai Tea is a teabag made from the main raw material of the Sophora japonica L. fruit “Huai Shi”. In order to understand whether Potentilla chinensis has potential toxicity to the body and to protect the safety of the drinker, we conducted five toxicity tests according to the “Food Safety Toxicology Evaluation Procedure.” The test substance was provided by Hengshui Tongchuang Tea Beverage Factory, The results reported below:
