2(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)已广泛用作多种金属离子的萃取光度法分析的研究与应用。我们在对钴(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)与该试剂及OP体系的增溶效果的条件研究及应用的基础上,对铜(Ⅱ)-5-Br-PADAP-OP体系的反应条件进行了研究与应用。结果证明,在碱性环境,玫瑰红色的Cu(Ⅱ)-5-Br-PADAP络合物瞬间即形成,络合物的最大吸收在530mm,络合物组成为铜(Ⅱ):试剂=1:2,摩尔吸光系数为1.5×10~5升·摩尔~(-1)·厘米~(-1);铜(Ⅱ)含量在0~16微克/25毫升服从比尔定体。
