清河采油厂是1986年开发的石油系统第一家跨省份、远距离承包试点单位,承担江汉局油气开发生产的“半壁江山”。构建社会主义和谐社会,是党中央提出的重大任务,也是全面建设小康社会的重要内容。工会是党领导下的群众组织,法律地位明确,社会职能清楚,理应在企业改革、发展、稳定中担负起重要职责,在构建和谐企业中发挥重要作用。
Qinghe Oil Production Plant was the first inter-provincial and long-distance contract pilot unit developed by the petroleum system in 1986 to undertake “half of the country” in the development and production of oil and gas in Jianghan Bureau. Building a socialist harmonious society is a major task proposed by the Party Central Committee and an important part of building an overall well-to-do society. Trade union is a mass organization under the leadership of the party. Its legal status is clear and its social functions are clear. It should take important responsibilities in enterprise reform, development and stability and play an important role in building a harmonious enterprise.
